After being saved from a life of drugs and alcohol abuse, I was fortunate enough to be given a second chance to turn my dreams into reality. After my first CrossFit workout 3 years ago, I knew that I wanted to coach and own a box. I absolutely love to see others accomplish what they thought they never could. For me CrossFit is and will always be my passion. There is a lifetime of information to learn as an athlete and a coach.

I fell in love with CrossFit almost 4 years ago after I finished my collegiate diving career. After moving from Minnesota, I immersed myself in the CrossFit world. I found something that surrounds me with encouraging and driven people and pushes me to my limits each and every day. Along with CrossFit, I am a Physical Therapist so I focus on form and function before anything else. CrossFit changes people’s lives in so many ways and it’s exciting to be a part of that.

I started CrossFit in June 2016 because I love to compete constantly and enjoy pushing myself and others to constantly improve. My favorite thing about CrossFit is that it never allows me to settle with good enough. You mush constantly push to make yourself better and stronger mentally and physically.
