Classes Schedule

CrossFit Class

CrossFit classes are designed for anyone and everyone. If you are new to CrossFit, you will go through our On Ramp program first to get you familiar with the different movements of CrossFit. The CrossFit classes will integrate strength training including Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Metabolic Conditioning, and Mobility. The classes are constantly varied and our programming is designed to be scalable for any type of athlete. The program will help you reach each and every one of your fitness goals!

On-Ramp Class

On Ramp Class is designed for those beginner CrossFitters who have never stepped foot into the CrossFit gym! In this class you will learn all the different movements you will see in a daily CrossFit program. This will allow you to be more comfortable and the coach to be more comfortable when stepping foot into the C rossFit Class. Saturday classes offered 8am and 9am with open gym at 10am. If these times don’t work for you, that is ok! Just contact our coach and owner Rob Best at rob.best@crossfituru.com to set up a 1-on-1 On-Ramp Class.

Sunday Suicide Squad

This class is for EVERYONE! If you do our CrossFit Classes or don’t, you’re invited to our Sunday Suicide Squad. This class will solely focus on endurance, interval training, and running technique. The class is held every Sunday at 7am and is located off campus. Each Sunday the destination changes, whether its at a track & field or Mountain for trail running. The class is $5 for non-members and members who aren’t Unlimited. It is FREE for members who have unlimited memberships.
