The Barbell Saves Project brings individuals new in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction to community based fitness classes with the aim of improving their physical and mental wellbeing. Our classes focus on strengthening the community for participants and increasing overall health for each participant. CrossFit Uru has partnered with Best Performance & Therapy. Our own coach Dr. Lauren Roy will set up a FREE 1-on-1 Movement Assessment to identify any restrictions or injuries you’ve had in the past. This will allow the coaching staff to better scale movements to your needs. Lauren also offers 30-minute or 60-minute Physical Therapy sessions which can include deep-tissue, Dry Needling, Cupping, Manipulation or Mobilization, and Rock Tape Application.
